Terms of Service

These terms describe the general conditions under which CORPUS AI LLC provides software development services. Specific scope, timelines and fees are fixed in a separate written contract with each client.

Work is delivered in stages. Each stage has a defined scope and acceptance criteria, and closes with a signed acceptance act. Fees are agreed per stage before that stage begins.

Unless a contract states otherwise, rights to the source code developed for a client transfer to the client upon acceptance and payment of the relevant stage. Third-party open-source components remain under their own licences.

Both parties keep confidential all technical and commercial information received in the course of the work, including documents and data provided for processing.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or a guarantee of a specific outcome. Contractual liability is limited as set out in the contract and is governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia.
